Privacy Policy for Watch Faces Magical

Watch Faces Magical (“we,” “us,” or “our”) does not track you across apps or websites. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. This Privacy Policy describes our actual data practices when you use the Watch Faces Magical mobile application (the “App”).

1. Authentication

The App uses anonymous authentication only. We do not offer Sign in with Apple, email/password login, or social login. No personally identifiable information is collected during authentication.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Analytics: We collect anonymous usage data to understand how the App is used and to improve its features. This includes events such as watch faces viewed, downloaded, favorited, or shared; categories viewed; searches performed; AI generation events; paywall and subscription events; and navigation events. We also record anonymous user properties such as subscription status and whether the user has AI creations. This data is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you.

2.2 Device Information: On first launch, we collect basic device information including device model, operating system version, and app version. This data is stored securely on our servers and linked only to an anonymous identifier. It is used for compatibility and app functionality purposes.

2.3 Purchase Data: The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time credit purchases processed entirely through Apple's StoreKit. We store your subscription plan type, credit balance, and cycle dates linked to your anonymous identifier to manage app functionality. We do not have access to your payment information.

2.4 AI Generation: When you use the AI watch face generation feature, your text prompt is sent to our AI service provider to create the image. We do not store your prompts on our servers. Generated images are stored locally on your device.

2.5 Search Queries: When you search for images, your search query is sent to a third-party image provider to retrieve results. Search terms are also logged to our analytics. No personal data is shared.

3. Tracking

We do not track you. Specifically:

  • We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
  • We do not use the AppTrackingTransparency framework.
  • We do not include any advertising SDKs.
  • We do not use SKAdNetwork.
  • We do not link your data across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.
  • We do not share your data with data brokers.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

  • Google Analytics — Anonymous usage events, device info, and user properties are collected for analytics purposes. No personal data is shared.
  • AI Service Provider — Text prompts and generation parameters are sent for AI image generation.
  • Image Search Provider — Search queries are sent to retrieve image results.
  • Apple StoreKit — Handles all in-app purchase transactions. We do not access your payment information.

5. Data Storage & Retention

  • Server-side: Device information, credit balance, and subscription state are retained indefinitely.
  • On-device: Favorites, app preferences, AI-generated images, and cached data are stored locally on your device. This data is removed when you uninstall the App or delete it manually.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or provide your data to advertisers or data brokers. We do not share data for advertising purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected through the App against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App after the revised Privacy Policy becomes effective will indicate your acceptance of the updated terms.

Terms of Use for Watch Faces Magical

1. Terms

By using Watch Faces Magical (the “App”), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App. The materials contained in this App are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained within the App;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
  • transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Watch Faces Magical at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

The materials within Watch Faces Magical are provided on an “as is” basis. Watch Faces Magical makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

Furthermore, Watch Faces Magical does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials within the App.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Watch Faces Magical or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App and the materials within, even if an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing within Watch Faces Magical could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Watch Faces Magical does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. The App may make changes to the materials contained within at any time without notice, but does not make any commitment to update them.

6. In-App Purchases

You can subscribe for unlimited access to all features through the “Weekly Premium” or the “Monthly Premium” subscription plans. You can also purchase credits as one-time in-app purchases.

  • Weekly Premium: 9.99 USD per week.
  • Monthly Premium: 19.99 USD per month.
  • 50 Credits: 1.99 USD (one-time purchase).
  • 200 Credits: 4.99 USD (one-time purchase).
  • 500 Credits: 9.99 USD (one-time purchase).

Subscription rates and credit prices may vary by country.

7. Payment Information

Limited features are available for free, or you may subscribe for unlimited access. Prices vary by country; please check specific terms at the time of purchase, displayed in the App and on the purchase confirmation alert.

  • Payment is charged to your iTunes upon purchase confirmation.
  • Subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
  • Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to iTunes Settings.
  • No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
  • Credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

8. Modifications
